Terms of use for the Sōlix platform

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sōlix platform (solix.health), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Sōlix provides a provider platform for ordering regenerative human biologics, accessing clinical resources, and managing practice integration. Sōlix does not manufacture, compound, or take possession of any biological product. All products are processed and distributed by independently owned and operated FDA-registered laboratory partners.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accounts are non-transferable
4. Provider Eligibility
Access to the Sōlix provider portal is restricted to licensed healthcare providers. By creating an account, you represent that you hold all required licenses and credentials to order and administer biological products in your jurisdiction.
5. Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to verification and availability
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified
- Shipping and handling fees may apply
6. Product Disclaimer
All products available through the Sōlix platform are minimally manipulated human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps) regulated under 21 CFR Part 1271, intended for homologous use only. Administration is at the sole discretion of a licensed healthcare provider. The statements on this platform have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
7. Sales Representative Terms
Sales representatives operate as independent contractors (1099) and are bound by the Sales Partner Agreement and Partnership Agreement signed during onboarding. Commission structures, referral codes, and provider assignments are managed by Sōlix and subject to change.
8. Google Calendar Integration
By connecting your Google Calendar to the Sōlix CRM, you authorize Sōlix to access your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through the CRM settings or your Google Account permissions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, technology, and materials on solix.health are the exclusive property of Sōlix Operating Company. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sōlix provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sōlix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sōlix Operating Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
12. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at solix.health/privacy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or any applicable law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
