4. Google Calendar Integration
When you connect your Google Calendar through the Sōlix CRM, we access your calendar data solely to:
- Display your upcoming events and meetings within the CRM dashboard
- Allow you to create and manage calendar events from the CRM
- Provide meeting reminders and scheduling functionality
We request access to read your calendar events and create new events. We do not share your Google Calendar data with third parties. We do not use your calendar data for advertising. Calendar tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting your Google Calendar in the CRM settings or through your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Your assigned sales representative (provider activity, order history, portal usage)
- FDA-registered laboratory partners (order fulfillment only — name, shipping address, order details)
- Payment processors (Stripe) for transaction processing
- Email service providers (Resend) for transactional communications
- Analytics tools for platform improvement

We implement industry-standard security measures including:
